The licence
Lento is made by Studio Next Limited and is licensed under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA). These terms provide additional details about Lento and its subscriptions. If they conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA applies.
Lento and Lento Pro
Lento is free to use with one guarded app. Lento Pro allows up to 20 guards, each with its own daily budget, session lengths and breath. In versions that include website guards, websites count towards the same limit. Features may vary by app version.
- Lento Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Prices, taxes where applicable, and any available offers are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country.
- The yearly plan may include a free trial for eligible new subscribers. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the paid subscription begins and you will be charged.
- Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase, or at the end of an applicable free trial.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends, subject to Apple’s terms and any applicable price-change notice or consent requirements.
- Any unused portion of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
Managing, cancelling and restoring
On your iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Lento, or choose Manage subscription in Lento’s Profile. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep paid Pro access until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting Lento does not cancel your subscription. See Apple’s cancellation instructions.
To restore access, sign in with the Apple Account used to subscribe and choose Restore purchases in Lento’s Profile. Guards added while Pro was active keep working after Pro ends; adding more than the free allowance requires Pro again.
Apple handles refund requests under its policies and applicable law. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Using Lento
Lento supports more mindful habits with your phone. It is a wellbeing tool, not medical or psychological advice or treatment, and does not promise a particular health or screen time outcome.
Guarding depends on Apple’s Screen Time features and your permission. If permission is removed, restricted or unavailable, Lento cannot guard your apps. Operating system behaviour can affect when restrictions are applied. Do not rely on Lento where access to an app is critical. You can remove a guard in Lento or revoke its Screen Time permission in Settings.
