Using Lento
An app doesn’t lock. What should I check?
Open Lento’s Profile and check that Screen Time reads Allowed. If access has been removed in iPhone Settings → Screen Time, Lento cannot guard your apps. If a session ended while your phone was asleep, the app locks the next time you use your phone or open Lento.
The Breathe button doesn’t open Lento.
On supported iOS versions, Breathe opens Lento directly. On earlier versions, tap the “Take a breath” notification instead. If it does not appear, allow notifications for Lento in iPhone Settings.
How do I change a budget or remove a guard?
On Home, tap the guarded app and choose Settings. Change its daily opens, session lengths or breath, then tap Save. Remove from Lento takes the guard away.
How do I cancel Lento Pro?
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Lento, or use Manage subscription in Lento’s Profile. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
How do I restore a purchase?
Sign in with the Apple Account you subscribed with. Open Lento’s Profile and tap Restore purchases. If access is still missing, email us with your Support ID.
How do I turn off usage analytics?
In Lento’s Profile, switch off Share anonymous usage data. This stops new usage events. Your Screen Time information stays on your iPhone either way.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting Lento removes its local data from your iPhone. To request deletion of subscription and analytics records, email us with your Support ID before deleting the app. Some purchase records may need to be retained for legal reasons. See the privacy policy.
